About LAWCG and Matemática Contemporânea Special Issue

LAWCG is meant to foster interaction among the Latin American Graph Theory and Combinatorics community, whose research interests include cliques, clique graphs, the behavior of cliques and other topics in Graph Theory. Visit the LAWCG permanent website.

Traditionally, a special issue of Matemática Contemporânea, a journal of the Brazilian Mathematical Society, is dedicated to each edition of LAWCG. All interested researchers are invited to submit original contributions to these issues. The submitted papers will go through the normal peer-review process, following the guidelines of Matemática Contemporânea.

Instructions for authors

For the submission, the pdf file of the extended abstract should contain at most 9 (nine) pages in total (including the front matter and bibliographical references). This file should be prepared in English and LaTeX format, following the template available at mc.sbm.org.br/instructions-for-the-authors-and-editorial-board/. For now, authors must submit only the pdf file. We will request the source files of accepted papers after corrections and other changes in the review process.

The submission of the extended abstract will be in two steps:

Step 1: choose the option "Call for Abstracts" in the menu on the left, and send only the title and data of the authors of the article you want to submit. You will receive an email notifying you that you have started the submission process.

After Step 1, you must wait for one of the editors to accept your submission request. When the editor validates your submission request, you will receive a second email, saying that you are enable to conclude your submission (Step 2).

Step 2: after receiving the email notification that you are enable to send your extended abstract file, you need to choose the "Peer Review" option from the menu on the left, and attach your pdf file in the corresponding field.
